I have come to believe that losing weight is a mind game. If you are not truely mentally committed to living a healthier lifestyle and serious about sticking to your diet and meeting your goals, then you are fighting an uphill battle. In fact, you might be setting yourself up to fail.
I have to remind myself every day that I am in this to succeed. So as I begin my day I take a moment to make sure I am "mentally" committed. To get it in my head, I repeat this mantra :
I WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT.
I WILL ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS.
I AM GOING TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO SUCCEED.
YES IT WORKS!
Chant it out loud! Shout it out loud. Scream it out loud. Live it, breathe it and most importantly BELIEVE it! It will make all the difference in the world.
