Wow! Work has been so crazy that I haven't been able to do my results blog. Finally I have some time to do it properly.
I want to first say that just doing this blog is a huge step for me. I have never let people see fat pictures of me. And I have never had a picture taken of me in a bikini! This is huge for me.
As many of you know I went through some hormonal issues over the last few years. Went off birth control and was put on all kinds of medication that was doing nothing. January of this year I had had enough. I decided to stop taking all my medication.
January of 2010 these were my stats:
Weight: 158 lbs
Chest: 38 inches
Right Arm: 13 inches
Left Arm: 13 inches
Waist: 34 inches
Hips: 43.5 inches
Right Thigh: 24 inches
Left Thigh: 24 inches
And this is what I looked like:

By doing ChaLEAN Extreme and by not taking any medication I was able to lose some weight. Finally! I felt so happy!
When I began Turbo Fire in June 2010 these were my stats:
Weight: 140 lbs (down 18lbs)
Chest: 36 inches (down 2 inches)
Right Arm: 12 inches
Left Arm: 12 inches (down 1 inches on each arm)
Waist: 31.5 inches (down 2.5 inches)
Hips: 40.5 inches (down 3 inches
Right Thigh: 23.5 inches
Left Thigh: 23.5 inches (down 0.5 inches on each thigh)
And for the first time ever...I took a before picture in a bikini...this was super hard but I wanted to have the motivation to stick to the 20 week Turbo Fire schedule.
Here is me at the beginning of Turbo Fire:
After 20 weeks of Turbo Fire, eating clean and training for a half marathon, these are my new (and much nicer to look at) stats:
Weight: 118 lbs (Total loss of 40lbs!)
Chest: 32.5 inches (total Loss of 5.5 inches)
Right Arm: 11 inches (total loss of 2 inches per arm)
Left Arm: 11 inches
Waist: 27.5 inches (Total loss of 6.5 inches!)
Hips: 37 inches (total loss of 6.5 Inches!!!)
Right Thigh: 21.5 inches
Left Thigh: 21.5 inches (total loss of 2.5 inches per leg)
Overall I lost 40lbs and 27.5 inches~! At the beginning of Turbo Fire I set the following goals for myself....and completed them all!
> lose 4 inches off my hips
> lose 3-5 inches off my waist
> lose 2 inches off my thighs
> lost 15 -20lbs! hahaha did I ever surpass that!
> toned abs..yep!
> reduce amount of sweetener!
> increase water consumption
> do all stretching workouts
> feel confident in a bikini
> order my goal Victoria Secret bikini
Well I reached them all....so...here is me...now....in my Victoria Secret goal bikini!
I feel absolutely amazing! I have now begun the Hybrid program - ChaLEAN Extreme with Turbo Fire. I hope to add more tone to my body. I am completely fine with staying at my current weight but would now like to tighten and tone my body more...mainly lower body..and see much more definition in my arms, abs, and legs!
After completely Turbo Fire I would recommend this program 100%! I have never had a program that allowed me to consistently lose 1 - 2lbs a week! No plateau at all! That, to me, is amazing in itself.
I finally feel like me again. I have so much energy. When I walk by a mirror I have to do a double take because I can't believe it's me. I no longer hide from cameras. I have more confidence that I have ever had before.
I cannot wait to see what happens with the Hybrid sessions!!!
