Today I am taking a day of rest : o /
In the past I worked out hard every day then flopped with fatigue... Burned out within a short time.
I have decided to try and learn from my past and that means looking at what I did wrong before and evaluate everything possible even what I think is a positive step cuz some times what I think is a good thing is not always the best.
I looked at what has derailed me in the past and come up with a list of ....
illness ie chest / head colds that linger,
lack of time to work out like I had planned ie an hour of cardio then some strength training everyday - switching target areas each day
and well my eating especially around busy busy days (too much take out and processed foods.
I am kinda nervous though taking a day off today. Afraid to lose momentum!! So if you don't see me again for a while fire off an e-mail or something to get my attention and kick my butt back to the right track.
