Looking back on the summer and my determination to succeed, is hard to remember.
I am just eating way to much of the incorrect stuff.
I resolve to increase my vegetables by three and try to get to 10,000 every day.
It really is not that hard. emoticon emoticon

    I've been putting spinach in my fruit smoothies.
I roasted sweet potatoes, zucchini, and red bell peppers the other night.
I make a salad everyday with mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, bell peppers, and sometimes mushrooms, radishes, and other veggies.

Just try to include veggies anyway you can everyday.

It's easy to slip back but we have to get back on track. We have birthdays in Oct. and I took that as a license to eat cake. Too much cake. I am back on track now!

We can do this!

    Stand tall, drink your water, walk those steps.
