OK, so I was gone for quite a while. A very busy year, way too many things going on. Have lost 30 pounds so far. Finally found a way to eat that works for me. 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. Keeps me from getting hungry between meals. My blood pressure has dropped dramatically and now I am not worried about diabetes any more. Been doing great since the middle of August. now starting to deal with Winter!
