One of the biggest challenges people have with any diet is the denial of their sweet tooth. This denial can continue until a person’s will is broken and they have to cheat. They have to indulge the craving. This often leads to overindulgence and a lack of motivation to continue the diet. The culprit in all of this is often sweets.
