WEEK 9 Challenge
W O R K
W - what wholesome foods did you add to your daily eating plan - 5 points for each day you added whole wheat & fiber rich foods to your daily food intake
O - OXYGEN - exercises that are aerobic and get you breathing heavily 5 points for every 20 minutes of aerobic exercises...does not include breathing heavy over the phone
R - Repetition - strength training - 10 points for each repetition on ST. Example, if u lifted weights at 3 repetitions 12 at each repetition. you get 30 points ...
K - Kick it up a notch, if you haven't been challenging yourself enough, push yourself to do five more minutes on your routine 5 points for anything over and above what you would normally do
