For a long time I thought this was all about me and how I thought I needed to change the way I looked and felt. I am still in college which for me was a big leap, part of me said you can't do it the other part says what do you have to loose. I have had the same warring of the minds when it comes to working out and loosing weight. I get on the scale and see very little change and my mind goes to the dark side. I look at it this way though even though I am not loosing as much weight as I would like to as quickly as I want I am still stronger and can do more things and that is what I am using as a pushing off point. Just remember we all have to start somewhere where we end is completely up to us.
