I'm not feeling quite so 'centered' today, so I'm attempting to inject a little more positivity into my day. I've spent a few minutes considering the following:
I've been doing very well the last week or so, but can feel myself crumbling a little under outside pressure. I wrote down these questions:
How much weight do I want to lose this week?
What will happen if I reach my goal?
What WON'T happen if I reach my goal?
What will happen if I don't reach my goal?
What WON'T happen if I don't reach my goal?
I use these questions a lot. They look confusing at first, but if you take a few minutes over a cuppa to write down your own answers you'll hopefully see why.
I've already got a clearer idea in my head as to what I'm going to do today. I hope this might help you, too!
