May I give you a hint that has worked so well for me? And I've lost a LOT of weight. Work on what causes you to eat while you're losing. The mental work is as important or more important than the scale work in my book. When I didn't do it, I kept regaining what I'd lost. I'm finally back at goal, down 155 pounds, and I feel better in control than I ever have in life. BUT! I've regained and lost so many times the last 40 of those pounds. I had to do a lot of work to figure out why I was eating and learning how to have better ways of managing my stress.
