I've been working very hard at my local YMCA. Through the company I work for I was able to do a 3 month program for free. I went every chance that I could, about 4-5 days a week. The BEST new thing I'm doing is Spinning!! My knee (arthritis, meniscus tear and Bakers cyst) is feeling so much better.
I go see my primary care Doc tomorrow. My cholesterol has dropped and I know that my blood pressure has gone down. I can't wait to see what he says!
Staying committed to working out has been hard, fun, exhausting but worth all the effort!
It's late and I must get to bed.
