Hi Sparkfam! I pray that this Tuesday that you are stress free. If not join us at the pool.

Today its upper body & kickboxing for my fitness. Food wise, I did have red vines, hot dog & hostess cinnamon roll only a coupla bites but still junk food just the same. I started the day off all wrong so I will continue it better.

    Mrs. Dee that stuff is not going to do anything to you. You work out enough to eat the whole cinnamon roll. lol But I know what you are saying. God is good and He is Helping you work it out with those Vines. emoticon Anyway...make me want a cinnamon roll. emoticon
