Team Weight Loss

I have joined a Team Weight Loss class at my gym (Lifetime Fitness). I have been at it for 4 weeks and, other than when I was out of town on vacation, have not yet missed a class. I wish I could say my weight loss results reflected that effort but in reality I haven't really changed my eating habits with my work out and I did spend 6 days in Disney World last month. So the net/net is that I have lost 4 pounds in 4 weeks. The program is 12 weeks in total and my goal was to be down 20. That is still achievable if I can stay on my eating program but the holidays are coming.....

    Losing 4# in 4 weeks is nothing to be depressed about at all !!! The most I was ever able to lose in a good healthy way was 1 1/2# a week. I was busting my @ss and watching calories closer than ever. I could NOT have lost more.

Be proud of what you did achieve and slow and steady can win the game !
