I am looking at loosing pounds this week.
I am focused on eating toward the lower part of my allotted pounds and not going over by too much. I am also hiking up my treadmill to 30 minutes 4 times a week instead of when I feel like it.
I am also going to do weight training 3 times this week.
(I have been focused on my weight training, just not my cardio.)
The first week I was back on SparkPeople I focused on the calories to insure I was eating with in the range. The first week I lost 3 pounds,
the second week I gained it back,
the next week I gain a little more back and this week I am changing what I am doing.
If it is broke, change it!
I am going to focus on keeping my tracking going during the weekend too. I do really good during the weekday, because I have a computer in front of me all day long.
But when it comes to the weekend I am away from a computer and loosed my mind when it comes to food.
I need God to be my center and not loose track of what my goal for my body (Temple) is to be. I want to be fit and tone, not fat and tubby. With Christ all things are possible!
Even this weight loss journey!
