Went to mom's for lunch and tried to be really careful of what I ate but since I'm not letting people know that I'm trying to lose weight it's hard to eat out. She kept trying to pile on the food. It was chicken and rice and but still. So when I came home I did 30 minutes on the exercise bike even though today was my day off from cardio and strength training.
