Free at last free at last. Thank God almighty I am free at last

Sunday, November 07, 2010

Oh my gosh it is so amazing to have ended 7 days no candy and 2 days no artificial sweetner!!! It is amazing to see what it has done to my darb total. only 117 carb grams for yesterday and today. No day this week over 130 most around 124-127. Wait til I see Dr. Warlick Tuesday. I bet my NRT results will be amazing. I can see my TOPS weight goal just around the corner. Thanks to everyone who helped bring me to this point. You know I am even starting to learn to ride an ATV the week of Nov 15. Thank you friend Donna. I am so thankful for all the freedom I have been given when my season of volunteer worked with TVIA as Liaison came to an unexpected and abrupt end. Hallelujah!!!!
