WOW! I can't believe how well I am doing. I actually feel a little guilty that the weight is falling off so fast. I've been losing about 5 pounds a week, but this week I lost NINE POUNDS!!!!!!!!! And I am eating ALOT! I'm making healthier choices and eating small meals frequently. I started in early September journaling my food, trying to make better choices, and trying to drink more water. Three weeks ago I started to exercise. Gyms are so cheap right now so I joined one with my brother. We have been doing weight training and cardio. I have lost 43 pounds in two months. WHoo Hooooo!!!!!!!!!!!! I know this rapid weight loss won't last much longer, but it sure is a good start. I feel so much better already. My energy level has zoomed way up. My back doesn't hurt anymore. I still have a LONG way to go, but I've gotten off to a good start! Yesterday, I was at a gathering of women and someone popped Apple Crisp into the oven. The aroma was incredible. I enjoyed the smell, but didn't indulge, because...I really didn't want any! Imagine that! Who would have thought that would ever happen to me?????
