I often sit and wonder how to deal with family stress without eating eating eating... I really try not to go to the fridge and grab the first thing I see ( not a veggie or fruit ) a cake or cookie or even some wine cooler. I have a lot of stress and I keep it bottled up all the time and I try and work out but when get the nerve to work out then it seems like a lot of people needs things children, fiance, mother starts bothering me, and other things.....

I really just need a way to relieve stress and try and find a way to cope with it.

    Back when I was losing 72 lbs whenever I was stressed and wanted to eat I went for a walk. GREAT stress relief!
