Goal really reached

That's it, have lost the last half kilo, and so am really at my target weight! Definitely time for a reward I thought, so decided on a weekend break and something to wear that I could no way have worn before. I found that I was actually trying on dresses that were one or even two sizes too big for me. Obviously I'm not yet used to not being overweight. It's amazing just how far the image you have of yourself can be from reality. Beofre I accepted that I really needed to do something about my weight, I managed to persuade myself for a good while that things weren't so bad.
So, going to up to 1700 calories next week and see how it goes. Fingers crossed!
