Renewed Energy - Morning or Late Afternoon

I went on a difficult walk that I hadn't done since I started running and unbelievably, I was able to walk the gigantic hill without stopping! I wasn't sure if running would help with hill climbing and now I now that it does.

The last 3 times I've ran have been horrible. I couldn't finish most of them, I was gasping for air. Well, today I ran this morning and it was a great run. I felt like I could have run forever. I am glad I had that run because I was getting very discouraged. I wonder if anyone else notices a difference in a morning run and and afternoon or evening run. I don't seem to be able to finish my runs in the evening but have no problems in the morning. I can't wait for daylight savings to start so that I can try to exercise in the mornings again.
