My schedule has been even crazier than usual the past couple of weeks, and will continue that way until at least mid-December! I'm taking a short trip next week to meet a son who is flying out west for a conference, and then I'm headed to Nebraska the Saturday after Thanksgiving to help with a new grandbaby for a week. I'm trying to get Christmas gifts sewn/purchased/wrapped so that I can deliver them on both of my trips which will save a lot on postage. Last Sunday I spoke at a Church function, I'm teaching a class this Sunday, and am in charge of a dinner/program this Tuesday evening. Tomorrow I'm singing in a choir concert and working to polish lyrics for three songs in Hebrew, and one in Czech, I'm in charge of two big service projects this month, and I'm helping a friend do the baking for her daughter's wedding in a couple of weeks. Thanksgiving dinner is at my house as usual, and I'm hoping to get my tree decorated that evening, and my parents' tree decorated the following day. My daughter's first high school play runs Nov. 17, 18, 19, 20, and 22nd. Those items are in addition to running a household for seven also busy people, with the housework/cooking/etc.that goes along with that responsibility. You'd think I might work off pounds with such a schedule, but alas, I tend to turn to food when I'm stressed! I'm not sure if my purpose in writing this blog is to seek sympathy, or just to vent, but wish me luck! It's going to be a wild run!
