To anyone who thinks it's not possible

When I joined SparkPeople I was already starting to lose weight. However, my full term pregnancy weight at the end of both of my pregnancies with my boys was 223. I am only 5'3. After I had my 2nd son I decided I would be HEAVY no more!!! I started exercising daily and following a weight watchers plan. I got down to between 140-145. I had my beautiful daughter on 10-20-09 and as of today I weigh 123 lbs. So I have OFFICALLY lost 100 lbs. I know this sounds like bragging but I have to admit I am so proud of myself I can't hardly stand it. The only downside is I a SO AFRAID of gaining it back that I don't think I am practicign good eating habits. I'm starting to feel a little weak from not eating enough. But, I am planning to join a Zumba class and shake my work out routine up a bit and hope that I can stay this size. I'm actually wearing a belt with my size 4 pants. It feels GREAT! Anyway, I just wanted to inspire, brag, share, whatever. I am here to tell you that WE CAN ALL DO ANYTHING WE SET OUR MINDS TO! That's all for today. I should probably go to bed now. Later Ladies : )

    emoticon You are an inspiration to all! I know that I can do it. It's taking quite a while. I can't believe your daughter is 1.....Sarah will be in January. Congrats again! I don't see it as bragging....I see it as the truth. Way to go!!!

    Thank you for all your support and nice comments. I know I need to eat more and work out more. I need to quit focusing on the number on the scale and focus more on good health and looking more fit. I have always had an athletic build but right now I feel more skinny and weak than athletic or fit. I'm going to work on that. BUT, I still prefer this look to my previous look!

    Congrats on your weight loss. You surely have a reason to brag and happy. You can keep the weight off. Eating is the hard part of loosing weight. I to have a hard time with eating. I don't eat enough and I tend to not get enough of my intake in through out the day. If I track my food in the morning I feel like I'm obligated to stick to what I put in my tracker and so I do eat.

    Congrats on such a great reason to celebrate. I love Zumba. Need to get out my dvd's. Eating is the hard part but I've found if I post what I want to eat the night before I can tweek it during the day and eat well but within my calorie range.
Maintenance is different than weight loss too. You can eat more calories.
