After taking a Rest Day yesterday, I worked out with my trainer today. We worked on upper body & core and he worked me SO HARD! He said that 2 of his clients had thrown up yesterday! And, I think he was trying to make me #3!
But, I held strong and made it through.
My thrill of the day was my weigh in this morning. I had weighed in at 143 on Monday. I have been at 143 for about a week and staying between 142 & 143 for about the past 5 weeks. Well, all of a sudden, the scale changed! I dropped 3.5 pounds and finally made it into the 130's!
I find it strange that this same thing happened about 5 weeks ago. I was at a plateau for about a month and then, within just 4 or 5 days, the scale 'dropped' 3.5 pounds! I'll take those pounds any way I can get them!
So, what does this mean?
I'm in the 130's, something I haven't seen since high school more than 20 years ago!
I only have 3.5 pounds to go to meet my original goal weight - the weight I was in high school.
I only have 0.5 pounds to go to reach 20 lbs lost
I only have 0.5 pounds to go to reach 25 lbs lost from my heaviest about 2 years ago
I'm thrilled and can't wait to see that scale more a little more! I won't be done losing, though. But, I honestly don't know what my ideal weight will be. For now, I'll just aim for that 136!
