    I need to try not to eat after dinner. I think that should be my goal.

    You always have so much more energy when you work out. you just glow! Way to go, not eating late can help save those munching calories (I say this as I'm eating some cheese at 8:30pm). HAHA Keep up the great work!! What workout do you do for 1.5 hours???

    awesome job with the no eating after 8 thing. My problem is we always ahve supper really really late so I'm usually eating supper at 8.. lol

    I completely agree with you on this one!!! I mentioned something similar one other time on one of my posts and someone told me I was crazy--that it didn't matter if you ate after 8. Well, I think it does for many people--I'm glad to know it's not just me.

    I have such a hard time eating before bed! You have a stronger willpower than I do. Keep up the great work lovely lady! =)
