Day 1 - getting back on the saddle

So, yesterday was my day #1 - my goal for this week was to just get back into the gym scene. Next week I am going to incorporate even better eating into it. That is mainly because I go food shopping once a week - and I decided to go on this diet AFTER food shopping emoticon

My goal for Wednesday was to do 1 hour of cardio in liu of not going to Irish Step Dancing. I typically go to my dance class once a week, but I hurt my ankle about 8 weeks ago, and I finally made an appointment to see the doctor tonight about it. So, I did cardio at my gym instead.

Due to the pain in my ankle, I was only able to do 30 minutes emoticon but I still consider this a victory as I would have normally stayed home, and I was the one that dragged my boyfriend to the gym this time. USUALLY I GO KICKING AND SCREAMING!.

Even though I did not do the full hour, I did 30 minutes, which is soooo much better than I would have done originally. So - emoticon I am considering this a goal met for me for Wednesday!

This is what I have planned for the rest of the week:
Tonight- 20 Minute Abs and Fat Fryer
Friday: Cardio Carve
Saturday: Rest
