so many changes since my last post

Thursday, November 04, 2010

Well, its been since June since I have posted. I started a new job in Sept with a local ranch/home supply store and work nearly fulltime. I am on my feet my entire shift. I am also caring fulltime for my grandson who is now 2yrs (Oct 15). The kids are still homeschooling and my oldest is now moved out on her own again, hopefully for good this time.

I am back on the wagon this time to lose 10% of my 203# with the assistance of a weight management coach through our medical insurance. She calls ever 2 weeks or so for 6 months.

I look forward to sharing my progress this time.

It's great that you have the weight management benefit in your health insurance. I think a lot of people have this but don't know about it.

Sounds like you have your hands full with the kids, remember to take care of yourself, too! emoticon
