Gaining again

Well . . . went in for a follow up with the doctor today and I was up from my last weigh in of 185 to 191! Oh well . . . I suspected it would happen. I just need to focus to keep it from getting out of hand.

I mentioned working out in the pool and he thought that was a good idea. He also said that maybe a stationery bike would not be strenuous on my abs and I could begin doing that. So I may try to get on the trainer I have set up in the living room sometime this weekend. At lease I now have SOMETHING that I can begin doing to get back on my fitness track! Yay!!

    Sorry to hear about the gaining, but healing has to come first. Glad you have the okay to begin moving again. Hope you'll be back on the real bike by spring. emoticon
