Well . . . went in for a follow up with the doctor today and I was up from my last weigh in of 185 to 191! Oh well . . . I suspected it would happen. I just need to focus to keep it from getting out of hand.
I mentioned working out in the pool and he thought that was a good idea. He also said that maybe a stationery bike would not be strenuous on my abs and I could begin doing that. So I may try to get on the trainer I have set up in the living room sometime this weekend. At lease I now have SOMETHING that I can begin doing to get back on my fitness track! Yay!!
