How rude

Wednesday, November 03, 2010

In the first 4 hours they managed to move a water heater, lay six tile and tick me off to no end. Why are you removing my door and letting in cold area when you are not planning to work on that section of the floor until after lunch (actually became2 pm) I really suffered worse than yesterday and today it is really damp and drizzling most of the time.
Tthe entire floor did get grouted finally and they left at 530 which is early for them.
And could you guess what they did not do..? replace the door. I had to call the contractor and ask him to call them and get the guys to come back. Forward men they are, just walked in without knocking, grabbed the door, installed it and slammed it shut. trust me, when they are here tomorrow and so is the contractor, I will be saying something.

I can only guess at the frustration you must be going though.. Some people are thoughtless. I don't know how they stay in business. I hope they can finish everything real soon... Ronie

Unfortunately customer service is a dying art in America. Perhaps you could do us all a favor and take a few moments of your time to remind you contractor of what the term really means.
    You - Customer+Money X Him-Contractor+Service = Profit & Referrals.
    It's a simple equation.

    Good Luck
