November Update

What I'm eating these days...
In regards to fitness, I ran and/or walked close to 20 miles this weekend (over a 3 day period).. crazy!!

    Thats right! It was my voting sticker. The polls were also empty when I went, but I was hoping it was because I did it at 11am. Its not easy to hear people talk about how disgruntled they are, and yet not vote. I understand.

I'm happy to motivate you. I'm always learning something new over here (for better or worse) and am happy to continue to share! Let me know what you find at Trader Joes... I get some of my most creative ideas while shopping there!

Please do take care of your shoulder. If you can walk, maybe that would be a good form of exercise while it recovers. I've made my rehabilitation stretch out for several things by not taking it easy and doing rehab. Its worth it to let things heal!

    Thanks for saying Hi, I missed you and you're looking great!!! Is your button all about voting by any chance. I voted yesterday and the polls were empty at 8:30am, that's a little scary, I hope people got out and voted later. I am struggling with getting on track, I think the pain in my shoulder has gotten me down, but I'm not giving up so that's a positive. I like your ideas about snacks and I've got to get to Trader Joe's, it's about 2 miles from where I work. Thanks again for making an appearance and letting me know you heard my call. I need you to MOTIV8-me! emoticon emoticon
