At last my one month goal away from the scale is over and I get to check my weight. After one month on spark people I am 10lbs lighter and still feeling energetic. I have learnt a whole lot this past one month and made new friends. Am now making good choices and looking forward to my gym classes even though it’s getting cold.
Something very interesting happened to me last Monday and I sure handled it well. The gym I visit is about 1.5miles away from my house. I got ready for my body sculpting class which starts by 5pm and when I was ready to leave the house I could not find my keys, well there is no way I was going to miss that class. I went over to my neighbors house who was just a “hi and hello neighbor” to ask for a ride. Well she gladly took me there (don’t know if she pretended to be okay with it) but the point is I did not miss my class and actually join two more classes before my spinning class while thinking of how I was going to get back home being so exhausted. Well after thinking for a while the only option was to walk back home, I picked up my phone turned on my cardio trainer and started walking. I have no idea where I got so much energy and thought back on what I ate for lunch but I know about a month ago I would not have all done that and this means all the motivating stories am always reading on spark people is actually getting into my head and making me feel like a superwoman.
