I don't know if you can hear the song in the background or not, but it is Boogie Shoes, by KC & the Sunshine Band. And I'm feeling like I want to dance. C'mon. who's with me?

BTW, I could go back and fix these vlogs up so they look nicer, and sound better, but I want you to see me without it looking rehearsed.

    This is an amazing blog We can really see your excitement for your changes I think making a commitment to being the best father you can be for your little girl is a great reason to become healthier. I have been on this journey for a little over a week and I can tell you that I have more energy and I am excited about my progress as well. I am making small changes each day that will end up helping me reach my ultimate goals. :) Thanks again and keep on dancing. :)
