My morning with Kordi

If you've ever wondered what happens when aerobics marries strength training I have an answer for you. I just finished my first "Pure Strength" class. Ya know, I thought I was in pretty good shape. Apparently, I was wrong. My upper body needs a lot of work. Then again, that's why I'm taking this class. Squats, lunges, rows, presses, curls all in an aerobic setting, all with a 10 pound (minimum) barbell in my hands. Work the body. The whole body. And then when you're tired, work it some more. I feel GREAT! and I seriously cannot wait for the next class.
