My short term goal is to lose 10 lbs by the end of December. I've been working on it for two weeks now. I'm not eating any sugar, cutting way back on fat, nothing processed (beyond whole grain bread and cereal), weight training, walking and trying to get more sleep. :-) I've even cut back on my alcohol consumption... yes, given up that glass of wine a day.
I've joined a few new spark teams and I'm logging everything that passes my lips. Hopefully this is enough to lose the weight.
