So Octobers

Stick to the Atkins induction phase.. all but 2 days, so not upset
Exercise min 3 days a week. yep very pleased with myself


Continue with the Atkins move to ongoing weight loss, add 5gr daily once a week

continue with the exercise, add in weight training twice a week

drink the min 8 glasses of water
