Ladies and gentlemen...I think we finally have lift-off!
Combining what I'm learning about tracking foods on SparkPeople, plus my Weight Watchers knowledge, PLUS P90X (love, love, LOVE P90X!), I think I'm finally seeing some progress: not only on the scale (though admittedly I haven't looked!) or in my clothing size, but progress in my stick-to-it-ive-ness! I think I might actually be onto a plan that will work for me for the LONG HAUL!
I'm committed to ONE YEAR of SparkPeople tracking, smart choices, and exercising (P90X for 90 days, then reassess....). October 16th, 2011 I will be a new ME!
Heck, with this attitude, I already am a new me!
