Getting on the scale this morning and taking my "Before" pictures were really eye opening. I never really see pictures of myself, so I didn't realize how big I've gotten. I'm back up to 236 lbs.
This is soo frustrating because I lost so much weight a few years ago and I gained it allll back. This time I'm going to lose it and KEEP IT OFF!
I'm feeling very excited and motivated right now.
This week's goals:
1. Track Calories and Fitness
2. Cook dinner from scratch (no frozen meals or fast food)
3. Take my pre-diabetes medicine 3x/day as scheduled
4. Log onto sparkpeople daily
