Well I weighed myself today and I have lost 10 pounds- which is wonderful. The Home Cuisine plan seems to be working well although I really need to increase my exercise. I have already gotten into a pair of jeans that were too tight and I do feel better with just losing that first 10 pounds.
I had a little setback yesterday and today with some Halloween candy, but I didn't go overboard so that is good.
So getting back to strictly eating only what's on my Home Cuisine plan and getting some exercise in is the goal for tomorrow.
