I always want to start a new eating plan on Monday. Good news, November 1, 2010 is a Monday. Also I like to start a new eating plan on the 1 st day of the month. More good news, November 1 st is the first day of the month. One last thing is I like to get into good habits before a planned temptation. The temptation I am taking about is Thanksgiving Day. If I start a eating plan on November 1, that will give me 25 days to get into a habit that will help me on Thanksgiving day. I will also see (hopefully) a weight loss by then to give me motivation to continue my healthy eating.
