I let the week's agenda get in the way of my progress. I had a stress-producing deadline-sensitive project this week and was too obsessed with it to mind my health and fitness goals. Unfortunately, when I feel super-stressed, I tend to try to find the least stimulating place I can (by myself with a book or under the covers). I think I need to learn another new trick = when stressed DO exercise! It would be a productive way to relieve stress more quickly and not leave me feeling bad about missing my week's goals. duh! Next stress-attack, I will try to do better!
