Today, was a nice and quiet rest day. I mainly worked on a cross stitch project. I worked a little outside cleaning and putting away daycare toys. I didn't do any exercise except for a 10 minute walk.
One thing I did was work on my goals for Nov. My weight loss has been very slow this last month even though I have been consistent with my exercise and on the whole stayed within my calorie range. After thinking and evaluating things, I have decided to do the South Beach ATkins 2 week induction diet these next two weeks. I am also going to up my exercise. I will post the new goals tomorrow.
Sun 10/31
1. Stay within calorie limit --
--track EVERYTHING on SP .
2. Begin a daily exercise routine
-- Exercise before SP, then log it
-- knee physical therapy (M, W, F) --
--strength training a different set of muscles ea day
3. Blog daily, even if it is short
4. Participate Fully in ALL challenges
5. Weight goal = 229 by Nov 20th
9/25 = 242.5
10/2= 241.75
10/12=240.5
10/19=239.75
