Defies Logic

People with Acid Reflux Disease should:
-Avoid greasy, spicy foods
- Avoid eating late or close to bed time
- Eat smaller meals
This weekend, I was out of control. I broke all these rules and I am
now paying dearly for my gastronomical transgressions.

Why cant I stop this?????

Hello, fellow Spark person ! emoticon

As a new member, I enjoy reading other blogs for inspiration, and even though this is an older blog entry, I had to comment because I could have been reading about myself !! emoticon I also have problems with acid reflux. But I have often eaten too late in the evening, or actually awaken in the middle of the night with that hungry feeling, got up and ate something that I know was not going digest well, and before getting back in bed, I would sit my Gaviscon tablets and a glass of water on my nightstand, prepared for the inevitable indigestion. Now, please tell me, WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE ?? emoticon I'm doing much better now, since I joined SP. But, it is so easy to slip. I just pray each day for wisdom for THAT day !!

Here's wishing you success on your journey! And just let me say, GIRRRLL, YOU KNOW YOU CAN REALLY WEAR A HAT !!!! emoticon

It is all a learning process. And learning is a good thing - right? :)

You are doing just fine. Nobody is perfect - thank goodness - because perfect seems boring anyway.

Keep on learning - it's good for you (like vegetables :)

Good job, gorgeous.
