Thanksgiving is a big deal here. We actually start planning it tonight at a bbq and during the visits from the kids.
We have between 40 to 70 people for Thanks giving. It is a block party involving 8 neighbors and all the extended family members. We have been doing this for 10 years and is a boatload of fun! We also invite law enforcement that have to work that day to stop and have lunch with us. This year we are also inviting 15 marines that have no family to come and enjoy the holiday as well.
Keeping that in mind. I do plan on indulging some that day. Everyone brings their favorite dish to make. If you don't load your plate up. Someones feelings get hurt. This is going to effect my goal setting as I will have to up my excersize to compensate for the splurge that day.
To reach 3400 fitness minutes
To walk 15000 steps every day
To walk to dogs every day
To bike ride 10 miles every other weekend
No fast food
To lose 4 pounds
To lose 2% body fat
To have fun:)
