Down 104 lbs to my goal weight!

I have made my target weight, plus som!. Losing a total of 104 pounds. Now the task of maintaining my healthy weight. I am recovering from emergency brain surgery in October. While I am permitted to do up to an hour/day of elliptical traing, I am not allowed to lift weights. Both cardio and resistance training (usually 2 hours per day) have been a critial part of my weight loss journey. I AM determined to maintain my weight and 11 % body fat.

    Great Job! I've been down that road, so I know how daunting the task can appear and how much strength and determination it takes. Well done and continued success to you as you continue on to better and better fitness levels.
