I joined a holiday team. It will really be helpful to have a no gain and maybe even loose goals at holiday time. No food sneaking up on me. I joined the team challenges but they were duplications of what I am already doing and iwould have to post the daily results myself.
So do not take offense but I am doing as much as I am able right now and I feel it would be best to just take an extra walk then to spend time posting when I am already counting my exercise and my water and my fruit on the food post... So I am in here for the challenges and the support but .. I would rauther take the ten minutes walking more or doing a Coach Nicole 10 minute ab work out.
We can change how we live holidays!!!

    Good idea to join holiday team to get support. It's definitely hard to avoid getting "stuffed" ourselves...then we feel like turkeys!
