    2.6 lbs per week is a loss of 135 lbs in one year... which would put you to 229lbs!!! You did GREAT!!! Congrats!!!!

    losing about 2lbs a week will equal a 100 pounds a year! so you're doing great! Keep up the great work!

    yeah i like that too get selfish. another 7 days is a good way to look at it also. i can manage 7 days i dunno about a lifetime :P but 7 days is definitely doable. 2.6 lbs a week is great. thats more than enuff weight loss a week. slow n steady right?
