I learned something. I mean, I've heard it said before but never applied it to my life. I worked out this morning but found myself unable to do 30 minutes on the eliptical. I had to settle for 25 and that was pushing it. I really tried but I just couldn't do it. I did make the round of machines and worked on my leg and abdomen muscles. I left my shoulders and arms till next time because they are bothering me. I've had a big problem with a frozen shoulder for months.
Anyway, here's what I figured out - I wasn't properly hydrated. I did have my bottle of protien water with me, but the problem was BEFORE I went to work out. I only had 2 cups of coffee with my oatmeal and yogurt before I left the house. It wasn't that hard to figure out. I just had to go over what I did differently this time.

So I'll do better next time.

I've heard this, I've avoided it as I don't want to have to 'go' in the middle of my walk or workout. How do we solve this problem?
