Well, I got serious about losing this weight and getting healthier on September 27, 2010. I have been staying in my nutritional guidelines for all of the time since (except during a weekend trip) and along with a lot of cardio and a little strength training I have lost 19 pounds. I hope to make it an even 20 by Monday November 1st when I weigh myself again!
