HAPPY FRIDAY Sparkfam!! I hate to rush the days but actually Thursday is my favorite day of the week. But I will take Friday every week. lol So last night I did rest the leg & had my hubby rub down my leg with witch hazel which it seem to have worked cause I did this mornings workout with no nagging little pain.
Well my workout today is walking of course which I try to do everyday. Not just walking to & from my car, or to the frig. I actually make an effort to wear my pedometer & try to get those 10,000+ steps. Some days I make & others I will call my rest day. lol Today I caught up on body sculpt with Kendall & then I danced to seal the deal.
Do you ever do your exercise in a certain order to seal in the work that you have done? I like to do weights first & then do cardio or yoga. I don't if it will make sense to you but it absolutely makes sense to me. lol
today for breakfast I had oatmeal & 2 slices of honey wheat toast w/butter & jelly. I was so full, YUMMY!! For lunch I was almost bad, I had a McDonald's Happy Meal w/coca cola. I didn't do too bad because I could've had a SUPERSIZE ME meal. lol I eat half the fries, too most of the bread of the hamburger & took a few swigs from the coke & poured it out. Tonight for dinner will be light. Maybe I might get out tomorrow & make it date night? It could happen. . . .((((HUGS))))
