I was impressed with seven miles, too. The most I ever did when I was running was two miles, but I've walked as much as 15 miles. Loved, loved, seeing your surroundings. My husband just came back from Massachusetts, and I was so jealous that he got to go. After 5 years in Pennsylvania, I really miss change of color on the east coast. Thanks so much for sharing.
Thanks for sharing ~ Really enjoyed hearing the voice that matches you, as beautiful as you are inside and out. Beautiful area you showed us in the video. I don't even look that good after a 4 mile run-jog. AWESOME!
Wow! 7 miles - very impressive! I can only dream of running that far! And you look great. In regard to not being able to post your video blog ... I know NOTHING about video blogging, but I know there are some things I can't do with my iPod touch that I can do on a regular computer. So if you're using a phone to do it, I thought maybe that could be the reason you're having trouble posting it?
NOT gross! a lovely glow to the cheeks! that is one of my fave parts of running, the rosy cheeks. I run on a dirt road beside a river, and find ,strangely, it is easier to run with the flow of water than against it. Is it psychological? who knows, maybe the momentum of the river is also in the air. loved the crunchy leaves, none here yet.
Looks like an awesome place to run. I'm somewhat of a new runner, but once I was brave enough to run outdoors I've found I've really LOVED running on the trails. One of the reasons I enjoy it so much is the one of the reasons you don't! I find that as I'm watching for roots and rocks the time sort of goes by quickly, I'm absorbed with the surroundings around me, instead of how much further I still need to run.
LEAVES!!! Love leaves. I miss my Canadian maples here in Chicago :(
So strange putting your voice to the face - not sure what it is about it, but you get used to seeing pics of a person and then when you hear how they sound and it totally changes my whole image of you! I love it :) More video blogs please!
Yay! Video blog! Thanks for sharing the beautiful scenery. Since moving to Florida, I really miss the actually seasonal changes. We were 90 degrees the other day - yes... 90! It's insane.
I really enjoyed the video. I live not too far from you in southern NH and I am a beginning runner ( half way through C25K, Thanks for the motivation by the way). Its been awesome running through the beautiful fall colors around here. I also did a little running at the beach this past summer and LOVED that also. I'm trying to enjoy it as much as possible because once the snow flies it won't be safe to run on the narrow roads in my area. Then I will find myself indoors on the treadmill :( Keep up the good work. I'll look forward to more videos!!!
Awww...it's so nice to hear your cute little voice and see your beautiful face actually MOVING instead of only being a still picture! :-) Love it!!!
Oh - and I love the scenery too - so pretty! Makes me want to come and run with you!!! I'm totally jealous because my son is going to Baltimore for training right after Thanksgiving all the way until right before Christmas. Lucky dog...I want to see New England!!!
Thank you so much for sharing that...made my afternoon!
I think you're looking pretty good. In fact I totally impressed that you are upright after 7 miles. I'm working my way toward. that. Someday soon I hope. Love the scenery. Ours has come and gone. Gonna snow any day now. That will certainly test my commitment to running!
Cool!! I do share the enjoyment of running past water. Definately a pretty area and we don't get crunching leaves so that was cool! Thanks for finding a way to post it :).
Nice to see some color. We had an epic windstorm for three days this week so out color is all gone. Luckily the wind was so strong it blew all the leaves off the yard as well!
SO pretty! ...both you and the scenery. I think a lot of people share that desire to be near water...maybe our water-filled bodies are drawn to it. *shrug* Thanks for the glimpse into Karvs-land!
Wow, what beautiful scenery! I love running near bodies of water too. I can never let myself complain about having to go for a run when I am lucky enough to run around a lake or along a river...how can you beat that?? Unless it's by a pond surrounded by beautiful fall colours!
Beautiful! We don't have fall like that here in Texas. And, we were just in DC and I expected to see more fall colors. But, we were too early! We only saw a few trees. Boy, did I want to run there, though! It was gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.
