My goal is to Lose 5-7lbs and Work out at least 3x a week

STARTING CHALLENGE WEIGH-IN Oct. 1: 298.4

Wk 1: 0 mins Weigh-in = 297 (-1)
Wk 2: 150 mins Weigh-in = 293.6 (-4)
Wk 3: 281 mins Weigh-in = 290.2 (-3) YAAY I met my goal of 5-7lbs
Wk 4: 295 mins Weigh-in = 291.8 (+1) But still earned my goal for the month 7lbs GONE!



FINAL WEIGH-IN = 291.8
